Founder of Consult White
Alena
I am the founder of Consult White and know day-to-day life in dental practices first-hand.
In 2010, I began my training as a dental nurse. I then worked as a dental nurse and practice manager, and went on to take on practice leadership.
As a certified business administrator for healthcare and social services, a qualified practice manager and with a range of advanced billing courses behind me, I bring together in-depth expertise and hands-on experience.
I founded Consult White in April 2023. Today, together with my team, I support dental, orthodontic and oral and maxillofacial surgery practices as well as dental laboratories in practice management, billing and marketing.
With Consult Wh(ai)te, I am extending this offering with tailored AI solutions that are built around the actual requirements and workflows of a practice.
After all, I don’t come from IT – I come from the practice. I know what matters in day-to-day work – and that is exactly why we develop solutions that fit you and your team.

Practice Consulting & Billing
Isabel
I help practices develop their prophylaxis and maintenance therapy concepts, identify billing potential and optimise practice workflows in a targeted way. Together with Alena, I combine specialist expertise with hands-on consulting to take pressure off teams in their day-to-day work and make the most of existing potential.
As a dental hygienist, my passion is prophylaxis. With many years of practical experience and specialist billing knowledge, I know the clinical and organisational challenges first-hand. My focus areas are professional mechanical plaque removal (PMPR), periodontology, supportive periodontal care (SPC) and individual preventive care.
With individual consulting, practical training and intelligent AI solutions, I help you simplify processes, use resources in a targeted way and open up new opportunities for your practice. The needs of your team and high-quality patient care always come first.
My goal is to strengthen your practice or dental laboratory professionally, financially and organisationally – so that more time remains for what matters most: caring for your patients.

Rüdiger
At Consult White, Dr. Ralf-Rüdiger Frankenberg stands for artificial intelligence that really works in business. A communications engineer, he brings more than 30 years of experience in IT, consulting and international business development – in Germany and the United Arab Emirates.
He has founded and run several technology and consulting companies, led SAP and ERP projects for clients including DEKRA, Deutsche Telekom and Miele, and taught communications engineering at Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences (now RheinMain University of Applied Sciences). Today he is CTO of the Hannecke Group, where he is responsible for the technology, AI and digitalisation strategy of the entire group.
His aim is clear: AI should make processes noticeably faster while keeping decisions sound. To achieve this, he develops AI agents, automates business processes and makes sure that a company’s knowledge can actually be used by AI.
He builds in data protection, information security and governance from the outset so that AI remains under control. At Consult White, he leads Consult Wh(ai)te and supports clients from the initial analysis through to the solution in operation. Working with him means getting systems that work – not promises.

The result is design concepts that suit the business, make its values visible and create a recognisable brand presence.
I combine strategic thinking with creative ambition and an eye for the bigger picture. My goal is not just to design individual elements, but to create a coherent presence that reflects the company’s identity and appeals to the right people.As a communication designer with a Master of Arts (M.A.), I bring solid design knowledge and many years of experience to developing well-thought-out brand and design concepts. Whether print or digital, I combine strategy and aesthetics to create cross-media solutions with high standards of quality and design.

With hair and make-up tailored to each person, I help people feel comfortable in front of the camera and make sure the desired visual style comes across convincingly.
My work combines precise craftsmanship with a keen sense for trends, aesthetics and individual style advice. In the beauty sector, I have worked on shoots for magazines including JOY and Maxi, supporting the creative teams in creating high-end beauty looks.
I was also part of the make-up team at the German “Goldene Bild der Frau” awards and worked on the production of a music video.
