2. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed and browser used) to ensure secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). The IP address is stored only in anonymised form. Server log data are erased after eight weeks.
IONOS SE acts as our processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. This also applies to the mailbox kontakt@consult-white.com, which is likewise hosted by IONOS SE.
3. Contact form and email
The contact form does not store or send any data via this website. When you submit it, your default email client opens with a pre-filled message to kontakt@consult-white.com. The message is only transmitted once you send it yourself from there. We use the personal data you provide solely to handle your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry) and erase it as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
As the controller is established in the United Arab Emirates, a third country, your enquiry will be processed there. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for the United Arab Emirates.
4. Cookies, tracking and external services
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools. Fonts and images are loaded exclusively from our own server; no connection is established to Google or any other third-party provider.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and the right to object (Article 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, an informal message to kontakt@consult-white.com is sufficient.
6. Right to object
Where we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to such processing (Article 21(1) GDPR).
